Change the patterns
beneath your anxiety

You can be capable, self-aware, and still feel stuck in patterns that don't respond to insight alone. Anxious loops, low mood, self-criticism, relational cycles. My work focuses on shifting them at the level where they were formed, in your nervous system, your core beliefs, and the way you relate to yourself.

Get in Touch

You might recognise yourself here

You may already understand these patterns and still feel stuck in them. Insight rarely changes the pattern on its own, because what you're experiencing isn't just anxiety.

Anxiety is often the surface expression of something deeper

Identity, self-worth, attachment patterns, nervous system conditioning, internalised standards, relational strategies that formed over time.

That's the level we work at.

Evidence-based, personally tailored

I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy, alongside attachment-informed, parts-based, and somatic approaches grounded in nervous system science. These frameworks provide structure, but the work itself is always tailored to you.

Nervous System

Your nervous system shapes how you experience the world, in both body and mind. It influences your sense of safety and alertness, and plays a central role in how attention, memory, learning, and emotional responses are organised. We build regulation so your system becomes steadier, creating the conditions for clearer thinking, greater presence, and meaningful change.

Core Beliefs

Core beliefs form through experience. Over time, they become the lens through which you interpret yourself, other people, and the world around you. They influence your emotional reactions, your behaviour, your expectations, and the patterns that quietly shape your life. We identify the beliefs organising your internal world and update them so it reflects who you are now, not who you had to be then.

Relationship to Self

The relationship you have with yourself shapes how you experience everything else. It influences your emotional tone, your confidence, your boundaries, and the way you move through relationships. When conditional self-regard becomes the default, your internal world can feel tense and effortful. We reshape that relationship so it becomes secure and self-compassionate, creating internal stability rather than tension.

What it's like to work together

01

Who This is For

People arrive here with anxiety, low mood, burnout, or difficulties in relationships. The common thread is what sits underneath. This work is suited to thoughtful, capable people who keep meeting the same challenges in different forms, in their work, their decisions, their self-worth, their closest connections. You may not fully see the structure driving it yet, but it feels familiar. You're ready to understand it and change it at its root.

02

The Experience

Sessions are structured without being rigid. There's direction in the background, but space for what's present on the day. We identify patterns, build insight gradually, and work in a way that allows change to integrate rather than feel forced.

03

What Changes

Over time, clients describe feeling more settled in themselves. Symptoms become less dominant, reactions less automatic, and decision-making clearer. There is greater self-understanding, more compassion, and a growing sense of internal stability that extends into relationships, work, and everyday life.

Anxiety & Me

A structured audio workshop for understanding and working with anxiety.

Designed for people who want to understand what's happening in their system and know what to do when anxiety rises.

Inside the workshop you'll learn how to:

  • Understand how anxiety functions in the body and brain
  • Recognise why certain loops and thinking patterns repeat
  • See how your nervous system reinforces those cycles
  • Interrupt anxious spirals when they begin
  • Settle your nervous system in the moment
  • Work with thoughts without getting pulled into them
  • Apply these skills in everyday situations

Feel steadier, less reactive,
and more able to respond to anxiety,
rather than being controlled by it.

Anxiety & Me

Guided audio modules & practical worksheets you can return to as often as needed.
